Fair Refund Policies
We believe in fair policies. One-time purchases are handled by their respective app stores, while subscription products have a 14-day refund window for first-time subscribers.
1 Introduction
This Refund Policy explains the refund terms for products and services offered by Flowstate Industries LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). Different products have different refund policies based on their purchase model.
By purchasing our products, you agree to the refund terms outlined in this policy. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2 One-Time Purchases
Our one-time purchase products, such as Worldly, are sold through the Apple App Store.
App Store Purchases
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple. We do not have the ability to process refunds for these purchases.
Request a refund from AppleNote: Apple's refund policy typically allows refunds within a reasonable time after purchase. Approval is at Apple's discretion.
3 Subscription Products
Our subscription products, such as ShipLocal, are billed through Polar.sh. We generally do not offer refunds for subscription payments—but you're covered in other ways:

Downgrades Are Prorated Immediately
If you switch to a lower tier, you receive instant credit for the unused portion of your current plan. No money lost.
Cancellations Continue Until Period End
When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of your billing period. You always get what you paid for.
Exceptional Circumstances
We may issue refunds in exceptional cases, such as:

If a Refund Is Issued
If we approve and issue a refund, your access to the paid tier will be revoked immediately. You will be moved to the free tier, and any data or settings specific to paid features may no longer be accessible.
4 Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is separate from refunds. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings within the application.
Access After Cancellation
Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
No Partial Refunds
We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a billing period after cancellation.
5 Disputes
Please contact us first: We encourage customers to reach out to us before initiating a dispute with their bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
