Purchases go through Apple
Every purchase and subscription in a Flowstate app is processed by Apple through the App Store. We never handle your payment directly, and we do not have the ability to charge or refund your card ourselves.
How to request a refund
Because Apple processes the payment, refunds are requested through Apple, not through us. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com, or in the App Store under your account's purchase history. Apple reviews and decides on refund requests under its standard policies.
Free trials and cancellations
Where a Pro plan offers a free trial, you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for. You can cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
One-time purchases
Worldly Pro is a single one-time purchase rather than a subscription. It unlocks every Pro feature permanently and is tied to your Apple ID, so you can restore it on a new device with Restore Purchases. Refunds for one-time purchases also go through Apple.
