Fair Refund Policies
We believe in fair policies. One-time purchases are handled by their respective app stores. ShipLocal subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the billing period.
1 Introduction
This Refund Policy explains the refund terms for products and services offered by Flowstate Industries LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). Different products have different refund policies based on their purchase model.
By purchasing our products, you agree to the refund terms outlined in this policy. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2 One-Time Purchases
Our one-time purchase product, Worldly Pro, is sold through the Apple App Store.
App Store Purchases
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple. We do not have the ability to process refunds for these purchases.
Request a refund from AppleNote: Apple's refund policy typically allows refunds within a reasonable time after purchase. Approval is at Apple's discretion.
3 App Store Subscriptions
Checkout Pro is available as a subscription through the Apple App Store.
Subscription Management
App Store subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple. You can cancel, change plans, or request refunds through your Apple ID settings or Apple's support.
Free Trial: Checkout Pro subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged.
Note: We do not have direct access to subscription billing. All subscription refund requests must go through Apple.
4 ShipLocal Subscriptions
ShipLocal uses a subscription-based pricing model. Subscriptions are purchased through Polar (our merchant of record) and provide access to app slots for localizing your apps.
Subscription Plans
Starter: $14/month or $149/year (1 app slot)
Pro: $34/month or $349/year (5 app slots)
Studio: $79/month or $849/year (20 app slots)
Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you'll retain access to your subscription features until the end of your current billing period.
7-Day Free Trial
Try Before You Pay
All subscription plans include a 7-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged. No credit card refund is needed—simply cancel before the trial ends.
Refund Policy
No Prorated Refunds
We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current period, but no partial refund is issued.
Exceptions
We may issue refunds in limited circumstances:
To report a billing error: Contact us at support@flowstateindustries.com within 7 days. Include your account email and transaction details. You must respond to any follow-up inquiries within 48 hours.
Payment Processor Discretion
Polar is our merchant of record and may issue refunds at their discretion according to their own terms of service. Any refund decisions made by Polar are final.
If a Refund Is Issued
If a refund is approved and issued, your subscription access will be terminated immediately. You will lose access to all app slots and features associated with the refunded subscription.
5 Account Deletion
You can delete your ShipLocal account at any time from your account settings.
Data Removal
When you delete your account, all your data (apps, translations, credentials) is permanently removed from our systems.
Subscription Cancellation
Deleting your account cancels any active subscription immediately. No prorated refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period.
Cancel First
We recommend canceling your subscription first and waiting until the end of your billing period before deleting your account, so you can continue to use the service you've paid for.
6 Disputes
Please contact us first: We encourage customers to reach out to us before initiating a dispute with their bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us will result in immediate account suspension. If you have a legitimate billing concern, please contact us first—we will work with you to resolve it.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse or fraud
- Edge cases are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Our goal is to find a fair resolution for all parties
