1 Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Worldly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Flowstate Industries LLC ("we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of Worldly.
2 Description of Service
Worldly is a local-first iOS travel tracking application that allows users to:
- Manually log visited places (continents, countries, states, and cities)
- Visualize travel history on interactive maps and 3D globes
- Store trip memories with photos and notes
The App stores all data directly on your device with no backend servers or account requirements.
3 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using Worldly, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
4 User Responsibilities
When using Worldly, you agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Maintain the security of your device
- Not take any action that could damage, disable, or impair the App
5 Pricing & Purchases
One-Time Purchase
Worldly is available for a one-time purchase of $0.99 USD from the App Store. This includes:
- All app features
- All 5 map styles
- No subscriptions or recurring charges
- No in-app purchases
Purchase is processed through the App Store and is subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
6 Data Ownership
You Own Your Data
You retain complete ownership of all travel data you create in Worldly. Since all information remains on your device, you have full control over your data at all times.
7 License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Worldly for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to:
- Modify or create derivative works based on the App
- Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the App to others
- Use the App for any commercial purpose
8 Third-Party Services
Worldly uses the following third-party services:

9 Limitation of Liability
Important: Worldly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies, service interruptions, or data loss.
You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of your device. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowstate Industries LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
10 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
